COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Weiss Lenze EF1503A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wurm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wood-Group product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wurm such as the HVB001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 004MCTS42000GC manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SIM by Manufacturer Wood-Group as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wintriss Brand 974004TX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Winsmith such as E30MWNS equipment made by Winsmith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Winsmith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Winsmith" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4466TSE made by Worcester as well as the popular 70003695BA original spares produced by Whedco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 13824001X027502302 by Wilson-Manufacturing and E30MWNS spares by Winsmith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BB38SN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Worcester. |
